Your personality is uniquely yours. And it’s the exact right personality God meant for you to have. The corollary of this statement is that your spouse’s personality and your coworkers’ personalities and your children’s personalities are the exact right personalities for them.
So why can it be so hard to get along? Because our personalities are different and we expect others to respond and act the way we would, and we’re frustrated when it doesn’t happen. What to do?
